The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with huge comfortable beds and large balconies, along with a fantastic walk-in rain shower experience. The swimming pool is clean, large, and provides plenty of seating. However, there were some early service issues that needed to be addressed, and some staff members were rather unfriendly. The location, though a bit out of the center, offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling areas. The dining experience was impressive with a wide variety of food choices, though more diverse options could be added. Overall, it was a good short stay for 3 days with excellent room amenities and a big, clean pool.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were adequate, cleaned daily with fresh towels and shower gel, but felt empty due to lack of furniture. The service was somewhat unreliable, with unhelpful staff, but they did make an effort to address room issues. The location was a bit out of the center and shady, making transportation tricky. The dining options were passable, but with limited variety. Overall, an average stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel was fabulous with spacious rooms, a delightful large balcony, a heavenly walk-in rain shower, and a clean, expansive swimming pool. The outstanding breakfast alone is a reason to come back. It's a top choice rated 7 on Booking. com, offering exceptional value for money.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Palazzo Pattaya. The location was perfect, close to the beach and with easy access to restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and some improvements could be made in this area.
